# Adding extra security to your Payhawk card

In addition to your security code, you can add an extra layer of security to your Payhawk Mobile App by using the Touch ID or Face ID functionality.

## Prerequisites

Activate the Touch ID or Face ID functionality on your mobile phone.

## Setting the additional security level for your Payhawk cards

To use Touch ID or Face ID for authentication when accessing your Payhawk corporate cards:

1. Open the Payhawk Mobile App.
2. Tap your profile icon.
3. Switch on the **Face ID** or **Touch ID** toggle.
