If an employee mistakenly creates a bill expense instead of a reimbursement, Payhawk Accountants and Payhawk Administrators can [delete the bill expense](/help/deleting-expenses) and the employee can [resubmit the expense with the correct reimbursement spend type](/help/submitting-expenses-in-bulk). Alternatively, if the expense hasn't been reviewed yet, it can be [returned to the employee](/help/approving-and-declining-expenses-from-the-expenses-app) by Payhawk Accountants or Payhawk Administrators, thus enabling the employee to delete the expense themselves and resubmit it as a reimbursement. To be able to send the reimbursable amount to the employee, make sure the bank details of the employee have been added to Payhawk either by the employee themselves or by a Payhawk Administrator: - [Adding and editing your bank details for reimbursement](/help/adding-and-editing-your-bank-details-for-reimbursement) - [Updating employees' reimbursement details](/help/updating-employees-reimbursement-details) You can also [disable reimbursable expenses](/help/configuring-reimbursements) for your employees.
