# Downloading card data

From **Cards**, you can download a CSV or Excel file with the data of all currently visible employee cards. The export also reflects any [filters](/help/searching-and-filtering-employee-cards) you have applied before downloading.

> Downloading card data is supported for individual employee cards.

## Downloading card data

To download card data:

1. In the [Payhawk Web Portal](https://portal.payhawk.com), go to **Cards** > **All cards**.
2. (Optional) Click on the **+ Add filter** button and apply the desired filters. Only the cards matching your filters will be included in the download.
3. Click on **Download**. As a result, the file will download directly in the browser and will be saved in your local **Downloads** folder.

## Exported fields

The downloaded file includes all available card data fields, such as **Status**, **Last Digits**, **Emboss Name**, **Email**, **Account ID**, **Spend Policy Name**, **Card Issuer**, **Issued On**, **Spent Amount**, **Expirsy Date**, and many more.
