In such cases, review the following possible causes and solutions. ## Service User permissions If you are using a Service User within your HR system for syncing a group of employees, verify the following: - Read access - The Service User must have Read access to attributes or sections containing employee details such as Name, Email, Phone Number, and Company. - Access restrictions - Ensure that access restrictions for the Service User are correctly set up based on your inclusion or exclusion criteria. Incorrect restrictions can prevent the filter from applying correctly. ## Merge selective sync If a filter was applied during your setup, refer to your Payhawk Implementation Manager.
