Depending on whether the supplier already exists in the system, you can either [update the payment details of an existing one](/help/editing-viewing-and-applying-supplier-details) to correspond to the currency of the supplier invoice or [create a new supplier](/help/creating-archiving-and-searching-for-suppliers) to whom you will be sending money globally. Once the supplier has been added, it can be used for any submitted expenses, just like any other supplier in Payhawk. The expense will follow the [standard expense lifecycle](/help/overview-of-expenses-for-accountants), and after it has been reviewed and all details are confirmed, you can [authorize and pay](/help/paying-expenses-one-by-one) it in the same way you would with any other expense. ![Payhawk Company spend list on the Pay tab with the Confirm details sub-tab showing three supplier bills.](https://cdn.payhawk.com/virtual-qa/2026-10-08-37791388303-1/enabling-and-making-global-payments-01.png) ## Useful links - [Global bank payments in Payhawk](/help/global-bank-payments-in-payhawk)
