For more information on enabling receipts export from Payhawk as journal entries in Oracle NetSuite, see the article about [exporting receipts as journal entries in Oracle NetSuite](/help/exporting-receipts-as-journal-entries-in-oracle-netsuite). ## Notes on exporting to Oracle NetSuite - It's recommended that you [sync your Payhawk-Oracle NetSuite accounts](/help/synching-data-between-payhawk-and-oracle-netsuite) every time you make changes in Oracle NetSuite. - An expense will be automatically exported to Oracle NetSuite once that expense is marked as reviewed. As a result, all your expense data and images will be imported. - The payment data for an expense will be exported only after the transaction has been settled. - To prevent system overload, bulk-reviewed expenses are scheduled and exported every hour. Each bulk review can include up to 1000 expenses - for example, 3000 expenses require 3 bulk reviews. Otherwise, there is no limit for exports to Oracle NetSuite. - After the export to Oracle NetSuite, Payhawk will pull the value for the expense **ID from Oracle NetSuite** from the **Bill number** or **Journal entry number** of that expense. If there is also a payment export for the payment **ID from Oracle NetSuite**, Payhawk will display the value from the **Bill payment number** of that payment. ## Prerequisites To start exporting expenses and payments, make sure you have [connected the Payhawk and Oracle NetSuite systems](/help/connecting-payhawk-to-oracle-netsuite). ## Exporting expense and payment data from Payhawk to Oracle NetSuite To export your Payhawk expenses to Oracle NetSuite: 1.
