To mark your trip as a round trip, instead of manually typing in the address, you can use Payhawk’s functionality for creating a recurring mileage expense by selecting a previously submitted mileage expense. For more information, see [creating and submitting mileage expenses](/help/creating-and-submitting-mileage-expenses). ## Why is my expense category not showing? The list of categories is set up by your Payhawk Administrator and can differ by company, entity, and spend type. If a category you expect is missing: - Make sure you have selected the correct spend type and the correct entity, as categories can be specific to these entities and spend types. - Ask your Payhawk Administrator to add or re-enable the expense category in the Settings app, if the category is not enabled or has been archived.
