This error comes from Google and it usually means your company has not yet allowed the Payhawk app in its Google settings. ## What to do 1. Contact the IT team at your company, because this is a Google setting that only they can change. Payhawk cannot change it for you. 2. Ask them to allow the Payhawk app in your company's Google Admin settings, under apps. 3. After they confirm the change, wait for up to 15 minutes. 4. Go to [portal.payhawk.com](http://portal.payhawk.com) and try to sign in again. ## When to contact Payhawk Support Your company’s IT team has to fix this issue in Google, so you need to contact them first. If they cannot find the setting, they can contact Payhawk Support at [support@payhawk.com](mailto:support@payhawk.com) for the exact steps.
