Remove the employee profile or invitation associated with that email, then try again. ## Email already registered in another company You cannot assign an email address that is already registered in a different Payhawk company. Remove the employee from the other company first, then invite them using the desired email. Removing a user from a company deactivates any Payhawk cards issued under that company; you can issue a new card after re-inviting them. ## User cannot log in after email update The employee must complete the registration flow using the new email address. An invitation alone does not grant access.
