# How can I change my company's trading address?

Your company may have changed its trading address or other of its business details.

To initiate the update of the required company details in the system, a Payhawk Administrator at your company must send the official document confirming the data you want to change to [support@payhawk.com](mailto:support@payhawk.com).

For example, to change the company trading address, send the official document from Register confirming the address has changed. The Payhawk Support team will modify the details and will notify you once the change has been confirmed.

A Payhawk Administrator can change the billing address and VAT ID used on your Payhawk subscription invoices and travel documents in the Payhawk Web Portal, without contacting Payhawk Support.
