To log in to the system in the expected by your company way, first, contact your Payhawk Administrator to understand whether the SSO has been enabled and which is the SSO service provider (for example, Google). If you are not sure who your Payhawk Administrator is, reach out to your Team Manager to advise you accordingly. ## Logging in with your email > [!TIP] > - If you’re having issues logging in with your email, see the [I cannot log in](/help/i-cannot-log-in) article. > - If your email invite for registering to Payhawk has expired, see the article [Registering to Payhawk with an email invite](/help/registering-to-payhawk-with-an-email-invite). > - If your verification code doesn't arrive, you no longer have your trusted device, or the Payhawk Mobile App gets stuck on login, see the article on [troubleshooting login issues](/help/troubleshooting-login-issues). If your company hasn't enabled the SSO, then you will need to enter the email with which you have registered to Payhawk. To activate your Payhawk account: 1. Open your browser and [access the Payhawk Web Portal](https://portal.payhawk.com/auth/login). 2. In the **Log in** dialog, fill in the email address with which you've registered in Payhawk. Click on **Continue**. 3. On the next screen, add your password and click on **Login**. ![Log in page with an email address entered and the Enter your password page.](https://cdn.payhawk.com/2FA/login_email_and_password_20261023_manual.png) ## Logging in with SSO enabled > [!TIP] > If your company has enabled the SSO authentication method and you have SSO login issues, see the [I cannot log in](/help/i-cannot-log-in) article. You may have received an email invite from your company's Payhawk Administrator to register with Payhawk, but you may not have received a verification code to confirm your email address. Often, the reason for this is that your company has enabled the [SSO](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Single_sign-on) authentication method. SSO is a part of the measures a company can take to secure its financial data and the personal data of its employees. SSO allows users to securely identify with multiple applications and websites by using a single set of credentials. If your company has enabled the SSO through Google as an SSO provider, you need to log in to Payhawk from the Payhawk login page directly: 1. Open your browser and access the Payhawk Web Portal. 2. From there, click on the **Continue with Google** button and your Payhawk account will be activated. ![Log in page with the Continue with Google button.](https://cdn.payhawk.com/2FA/login_page_20261023_manual.png) If your company has enabled the SSO through another SSO provider, you need to enter your email in the **E-mail address** field so that you'll be automatically redirected to the website of your SSO service provider to continue. ![Sign in page of an SSO service provider.](https://cdn.payhawk.com/2FA/sso_provider_sign_in_20261023_manual.png) ## Useful resources - [I cannot log in to Payhawk](/help/i-cannot-log-in) - [Troubleshooting login issues](/help/troubleshooting-login-issues) - [Receiving a Payhawk verification code or email you didn't request](/help/receiving-a-payhawk-verification-code-or-email-you-didn-t-request) - [Best practices for your Payhawk account security](/help/best-practices-for-your-payhawk-account-security)
