You could have received the invite email and opened the link to set up your account, but the setup never finishes - for example, the page keeps sending you back to the start and your account stays stuck. You can finish setting up by resetting your password from the login page instead of using the invite link. ## What to do 1. Stop using the invite link. It will not finish the setup for you. 2. Open your browser and go to [portal.payhawk.com](http://portal.payhawk.com). 3. Enter your work email and click on **Continue**. 4. If your company uses single sign-on (SSO), you are taken straight to your company login. Sign in there the way you normally do. This finishes your setup, and there is no password step for SSO accounts. 5. If your company does not use SSO, you see a password screen. Click on **Forgot your password?** 6. Enter your work email and click on **Reset password**. 7. Follow the email from Payhawk to set a new password. 8. Log in with your email and new password. This finishes your setup and signs you in. ## When to contact Payhawk Support Try resetting your password first. If you set a new password but still cannot get past the sign-in page, contact Payhawk Support at [support@payhawk.com](mailto:support@payhawk.com) and let them know your invite link loops and that resetting your password did not fix it.
