# Failed to export into Datev. An error occurred while uploading the documents. Please check if the attached file is valid.

## Oorzaak

Deze fout treedt op omdat je in DATEV geen JPEG-bestanden (`.jpg`) kunt uploaden, maar alleen PNG-bestanden (`.png`).

## Oplossing

Zo los je dit probleem op:

1. Controleer de indeling van het bijgevoegde bestand.
2. Als de bon of het document een JPEG‑bestand is, zet het dan om naar PNG voordat je het opnieuw uploadt.
3. Probeer opnieuw te exporteren nadat je het bestand hebt bijgewerkt.
