# Failed to export into Datev. The selected cost category does not have an external ID associated with it.

## Oorzaak

Deze fout treedt op wanneer de kostencategorie is geselecteerd voordat de koppeling met een extern ID in DATEV is voltooid. Omdat koppelingen ook op historische gegevens worden toegepast, werkt Payhawk oude velden niet automatisch bij nadat de koppeling is toegevoegd.

## Oplossing

Zo los je dit probleem op:

1. Open de betreffende onkostenregel in Payhawk.
2. Selecteer kort een andere kostencategorie.
3. Selecteer opnieuw de juiste kostencategorie (de categorie die nu is gekoppeld aan een extern ID).
4. Sla je wijzigingen op en voer de export opnieuw uit.
