# Failed to export into Exact Online. The statistical code is missing for the item card for use of Intrastat.

## Oorzaak

Deze fout treedt op wanneer je Exact Online-account is geconfigureerd om Intrastat-aangiften automatisch voor te bereiden en je probeert een onkosten-item te exporteren met een artikel waarvan de vereiste **Statistische code** ontbreekt.

Intrastat is een systeem voor het verzamelen van statistieken over de handel in goederen tussen landen van de Europese Unie. Om dit systeem correct te laten werken, moet elk artikel dat wordt geboekt een bijbehorende statistische code hebben.

## Oplossing

Zo los je dit probleem op:

1. Log in op je Exact Online-account.
2. Navigeer naar **Inventaris** > **Items** > **Overzicht**.
3. Zoek het item dat gekoppeld is aan de onkosten die niet worden geëxporteerd.
4. Klik op het item om de itemkaart te openen.
5. Ga naar het gedeelte **Vervoer**.
6. Vul het veld **Statistische code** de juiste code voor dat item in. Herhaal dit voor alle andere items waarvan de statistische code ontbreekt.

7. Klik op **Opslaan**.
8. Ga terug naar Payhawk en probeer het onkosten-item opnieuw te exporteren. Dit zou nu moeten lukken.
