# Failed to export into MS Business Central. Update your MS Business Central extension.

## Oorzaak

Deze fout treedt op wanneer je Payhawk-extensie in MS Business Central verouderd is of ontbreekt. Om nieuwe functies en wijzigingen in de integratie te kunnen gebruiken, moet je een minimaal een specifieke versie van de extensie gebruiken. Dan werkt alles zoals verwacht. Om verder te kunnen gaan met exporteren, moet je de extensie upgraden.

## Oplossing

Zo los je dit probleem op:

1. Verwijder de oude extensie.
  1. Log in op je MS Business Central-account.
  2. Volg de officiële instructies van Microsoft om [de bestaande Payhawk-extensie te verwijderen](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/ui-extensions-install-uninstall#uninstall-an-app).
2. Installeer de nieuwe extensie.
  1. Ga naar de Payhawk-pagina op [Microsoft AppSource](https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/dynamics-365-business-central/PUBID.payhawk1674380496828%7CAID.payhawk_bc_integration%7CPAPPID.58ff7f34-eadb-4309-830f-d4502f75a417?tab=Reviews).
  2. Klik op **nu downloaden** en installeer de Payhawk-extensie aan de hand van de aanwijzingen.
3. Zodra je de nieuwe extentie geïnstalleerd hebt, ga je terug naar het Payhawk-webportaal en probeer je de onkosten opnieuw te exporteren.
