# Please verify that tax amount is not greater than total amount.

- Oracle NetSuite

## Oorzaak

Deze fout wordt geretourneerd door Oracle NetSuite wanneer het belastingbedrag op onkosten groter is dan het totale onkostenbedrag, wat niet is toegestaan.

## Oplossing

Om dit probleem op te lossen:

1. Open in Payhawk de onkosten met de fout.
2. Bekijk het belastingbedrag en het totaalbedrag op de regelitems onkosten.
3. Corrigeer het belastingbedrag zodat het lager is dan of gelijk is aan het totale onkostenbedrag.
4. Klik op **Beoordelen** om de onkosten opnieuw te exporteren.

Als het belastingbedrag correct lijkt maar de fout blijft bestaan, controleer dan of:

- Het totaalbedrag inclusief alle noodzakelijke kosten is.
- Geen dubbele belastingaangiften bestaan.
- De bedragen van de regelitems correct berekend zijn.
