# Select amount for all expense line items

## Error message

## Affected ERP integrations

- DATEV
- Exact Online
- MS Business Central
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Oracle NetSuite
- QuickBooks Online

## Cause

This error occurs when one or more line items in the expense have an amount of 0 (zero). Expenses with line items that have zero amounts cannot be exported to your ERP integration.

## Solution

To resolve this issue:

1. In the [Payhawk Web Portal](https://portal.payhawk.com), go to **Spend**.
2. Click on the expense that failed to export to open its details view. To find it quickly, click **Filters**, select **Export status** > **Failed**, and then select **Expense**.
3. In the **Amount** section, check all line items. Look for any line item whose total shows 0.00 (zero).
4. For each line item with a zero amount, do either of the following:
  - If the line item is valid, click on it and enter the correct amount in **Net amount**.
  - If the line item was added by mistake or is not needed, click on the **X** next to it to delete it.
5. Click on **Review** to export the expense again.
