All expenses must have a defined currency to be exported to your ERP integration. ## Solution To resolve this issue: 1. In the Payhawk Web Portal, go to **Spend**. 2. Click on the expense that failed to export to open its details view. To find it quickly, click **Filters**, select **Export status** > **Failed**, and then select **Expense**. 3. Check the **Currency** field. If it is missing or not selected, choose the correct currency from the available options. 4. Click on **Save** and try to export the expense again. > [!TIP] > A currency must first be added and enabled in your accounting system before Payhawk can export an expense in it; newly added currencies can take up to a day to sync into Payhawk.
