This message means that the French directory (annuaire) has no record of your SIREN number. The French directory returns the message, not Payhawk. Before a platform such as Payhawk can register your company, PPF must first list the company in the annuaire. The error is unrelated to whether your company is exempt from VAT. To resolve the error: 1. Confirm that your company is in scope for the French eInvoicing reform on the [French tax administration website](https://www.impots.gouv.fr/facturation-electronique-qu-est-ce-que-ca-change-pour-moi). 2. Contact your SIE (service des impôts des entreprises) if your company is in scope but the SIREN number is not listed in the annuaire. 3. Call the free DGFiP national helpline on 0 806 807 807 for questions about the reform. 4. Check your company data on the [INSEE Sirene website](https://avis-situation-sirene.insee.fr/) if your company was created or re-registered recently. Use the INSEE correction form if the SIREN number is missing there. Company data can exist at the commercial court registry (RNE/INPI) before it reaches INSEE/Sirene, which the annuaire draws from. 5. Retry the connection from **Settings** > **Integrations** > **eInvoicing** once the company appears in the annuaire. Nothing needs to be changed on the Payhawk side. ## Resolving missing supplier eInvoices If a supplier confirms they sent an eInvoice but it doesn't appear in Payhawk, check whether your SIREN is registered at more than one address. For example, your Payhawk address `SIREN_payhawk` and an address from a previous provider, such as `SIREN_00048`. The supplier's system chooses which address to send to, so the eInvoice can reach the other provider instead of Payhawk. To resolve the issue: 1. Look up your SIREN in the [Peppol Directory](https://directory.peppol.eu/) to see every address registered for your company and which provider holds each one. 2. Ask the supplier which address they sent the eInvoice to. If it isn't your Payhawk address, ask them to send future eInvoices to your Payhawk address. 3. If you no longer use the other provider's address, ask that provider to remove it. Removing an address isn't a migration: Payhawk doesn't take over the address, so only the provider that registered it can remove it.
