If you update tracking categories in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance after establishing the connection, you must manually refresh the data in Payhawk. ## Specifics The available dimensions are configured in the dimension configuration package in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance as part of the setup. When syncing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance tracking categories, the system imports the following financial dimensions into Payhawk custom fields: - **Business Unit** and **Cost Center** – Available as standard custom fields for each export. - **Department** – Accessible by mapping each imported department to a **Team** in Payhawk and selecting that **Team** on the expense screen. - **Project** – Accessible either by mapping each imported project to a category, or by importing the projects directly into a custom field, depending on how your integration is configured. ## Updating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance categories in Payhawk To manually update your tracking categories in Payhawk: 1. In the [Payhawk Web Portal](https://portal.payhawk.com), go to **Settings** > **Fields library.** 2. Select the desired tracking category by clicking on it. 3. The new **Department** will now be available for mapping. Use the same method for other entity-backed dimensions, enabled as tracking categories in Payhawk. ## Next steps - [Updating your VAT rates from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance](/help/updating-vat-rates-from-microsoft-dynamics-365-finance)
