# Viewing your card details

You can view your card details both in the Payhawk web portal and mobile app.

Card details include the following sensitive data:

- Full card number
- Expiry date
- CVV code
- PIN code

> You can [view and reset the PIN code for your card](/help/viewing-and-resetting-the-pin-for-your-payhawk-card) from the Payhawk mobile app only.

## Important notes

> [!CAUTION]
> - For security reasons, you must not disclose your card details to anyone, not even Payhawk.
> - Payhawk representatives will never request you to share sensitive card details, such as the full card number, expiration date, CVV or PIN code, or other personal information. To solve a card issue, Payhawk Support may ask you to provide them with the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card only, but not the full card number.
> - If you expose the full number of your card to Payhawk, your card will be terminated.

## Viewing your card details in the app

To view your card details in the Payhawk mobile app:

1. Go to **Cards**.
2. Select the desired card.
3. The card details will be available for you to see on the screen. If needed, you can copy the full card number by tapping the **Copy** icon next to it.

## Viewing your card details in the portal

To view your card details in the Payhawk web portal:

1. Go to **Cards**.
2. Select the desired card.
3. Click on **View card details**.
4. Enter your 4-digit security code.

You created your 4-digit security code upon [activating your personal account in Payhawk](/help/activating-your-personal-payhawk-account). Your 4-digit security code is different from your card's PIN.
5. The card details will be available for you to see on the next screen. If needed, you can copy any of the data by hovering over the desired field and clicking on the **Copy** icon that appears next to it.

If you don't close the dialog, it will automatically close in 5 minutes.
