Does activating expense reports automatically pause card auto-blocking, or is manual set-up required to ensure receipts are sent for review after the end of the reporting period?
The card auto-blocking mechanism will continue to function as usual. However, you can still submit individual expenses as part of an expense report to prevent your card from being blocked. These individual submissions won’t be sent to the approver until the entire expense report is finalized and submitted.
Card auto-blocking is designed to encourage quick expense submissions, while the expense report can be auto-submitted after the end of the reporting period, depending on the settings configured by your Payhawk administrator.
