Konstantin is the CFO and co-founder of Payhawk. He began his career at KPMG as a management consultant leading valuation, M&A, and feasibility studies. He then held various leadership roles in FP&A, strategic planning, and corporate development at Telerik (acquired by U.S. Progress Software). Konstantin is a CFA charter-holder and holds both a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Finance.

Ross is the co-founder and CEO of MacroFin. A Chartered Accountant with an MBA, he's spent over a decade leading global finance teams through periods of change and transformation. Before launching MacroFin, he designed the company’s scalable delivery process and built expertise in complex accounting and banking solutions. Today, Ross focuses on driving innovation in financial services and helping organisations unlock more efficient global operations.

As Head of UK for Embat, Theo Wasserberg draws on years of experience from within the SAP ecosystem to understand and solve the core problems of finance teams. Theo saw firsthand how manual processes and fragmented systems hold back UK businesses. Following his INSEAD MBA, he joined Embat to build out the UK operation, focused on one clear mission: equipping CFOs and finance leaders with the AI and automation tools needed to master cash management and liquidity.
