Jay Peir is Interim CFO and Head of Strategy at Pigment where he’s responsible for finance, strategy, and operations. Peir has decades of leadership experience in finance, strategy, and business planning, having scaled two high-growth technology companies from early stage to multi-billion dollar businesses. Peir was most recently EVP of CorpDev and Strategy at Tableau, and previously held various finance leadership positions at SunPower.

Konstantin is the CFO and co-founder of Payhawk. He began his career at KPMG as a management consultant, leading valuation, M&A, and feasibility studies. He then held various leadership roles in FP&A, strategic planning, and corporate development at Telerik (acquired by U.S. Progress Software). Konstantin is a CFA charter-holder and holds both a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Finance.

Liz Kistruck is CFO of Motorway, the UK’s fastest-growing used car marketplace. Joining in 2023 as its first CFO, she leads finance, legal, analytics, and payments. Previously CFO at Lyst and senior finance leader at Expedia, Liz began her career in manufacturing consulting. She holds an Engineering degree from Cambridge and is a Chartered Management Accountant.

He previously led data science at a London-based hedge fund, worked as a Product Manager on the FX algo-trading desk at Morgan Stanley, and spent time in Deloitte UK’s FS Risk Advisory team. A CFA Charterholder, Stathis also holds an MSc, an MBA, and a joint MSc & BSc.

Stephen is a senior GTM leader in the SaaS industry. Ex Salesforce and Fivetran, he has over 20+ years experience in SaaS and B2B Sales across all segments from SMB to Enterprise. Stephen's experience spans the early stage VC backed pre-IPO world, to the large public company space. He is a builder, and loves to help companies grow and scale, driving revenue and hitting milestones.

Previously, as CFO at CUBE, a PE-backed RegTech innovator - 500+ Headcount, managed global finance, legal, and compliance functions while driving growth and integrating international acquisitions. At Azimo, lead Finance from Series A through to profitability and an exit. Passionate about developing future business leaders and increasing female representation within the industry Boards.

As Head of UK for Embat, Theo Wasserberg draws on years of experience from within the SAP ecosystem to understand and solve the core problems of finance teams.
