You can use your company's Active Directory (AD) credentials to log in or register for your Payhawk account.
Active Directory is Microsoft's system for managing network resources. It securely handles user authentication and authorization, allowing you to access various company tools, such as Payhawk, with a single set of login details.
To register over your company's Active Directory:
Go to your Inbox and open your main folder.
Find the invitation email for registering to Payhawk.
Note the following:
The email must have come from a Payhawk account, not from the account of your company's Payhawk administrator.
If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder. Alternatively, ask your system administrator for assistance.
If you haven't received the email invitation, ask a Payhawk administrator at your company to send you the registration email.
Open the email and click on Register. As a result, you will be redirected to the Active Directory Identity provider of your company.

Log in with your company's credentials.
On the next screen, fill in your first name, last name, and mobile phone number. As a result, you will receive an SMS for verification on the mobile phone number you provided.
After the verification is done successfully, you will be able to access Payhawk through your personal Payhawk account.
Ensure the mobile phone number linked to your Payhawk account is always up to date - if necessary, you can update your phone number.
