Cause
Department is a required field in Oracle NetSuite and the mapping with Payhawk's Teams field is incorrect.
Solution
Verify the Employees-Departments mapping in Payhawk.
A possible issue may be that the Team selected for the expense causing the error is not mapped. To resolve this, map the Team to the correct department by clicking the three-dot menu.
If the mapping is already correct, open the expense, change the Team to a different one, and then switch it back to the mapped Team to apply the changes.
