Failed to export into Datev. Note should be between 0 and 30 characters long.

Affected ERP integrations

  • DATEV

Cause

This error occurs because DATEV limits the Note field to a maximum of 30 characters. If your note exceeds this limit, DATEV rejects the export.

Solution

Edit the Note field on the affected expense to ensure it contains 30 characters or fewer. Then, try exporting again.
