Cause

This error occurs when the payment is linked to multiple expenses that have different suppliers. Oracle NetSuite does not support a single payment to multiple suppliers.

Solution

To resolve this issue, make sure all expenses linked to this payment have the same supplier assigned in Oracle NetSuite, then retry the payment export.
