Cause
This error occurs when your user account in MS Business Central doesn’t have the necessary permissions to allow the Payhawk integration to function properly. Specifically, the Payhawk Access permission set or administrator-level access is required.
Solution
To resolve this issue:
Log in to MS Business Central with an administrator account.
Navigate to Users and locate the user account that is connected to the Payhawk integration.
Review the user's current permission sets by following the instructions in Microsoft's documentation.
Assign the Payhawk Access permission set to the user, or grant administrator access if appropriate.
Save the changes to the user's permissions.
Return to the Payhawk Web Portal and try to export the expense again.
