Cause  

This error can appear during the initial connection or a manual sync when linking your Payhawk account to Exact Online. It occurs because some Exact Online subscription plans do not include department management functionality. As a result, department data cannot be synced from Payhawk.

Solution  

To enable department syncing, you need to contact Exact Online and upgrade your plan to one that includes department management.  

Even without department syncing, the integration between Payhawk and Exact continues to work normally for all other data and processes.
