Can I disable the 3D security completely?
No.
Will Payhawk issue a new card automatically if my current one has been compromised?
No. To ensure secure handling and proper issuance of replacement cards, Payhawk does not automatically issue new cards in the event of a compromised card.
If your card has been compromised, make sure you follow the steps for handling the case before you or a Payhawk administrator at your company requests a replacement card.
Can I close a compromised card while a dispute is in progress?
Yes. Closing the card does not affect the dispute process or its outcome.
Do I need to notify the monitoring team after closing a compromised card?
No. Closing the card in the system is sufficient.
What happens to unrecognized transactions on a closed card?
Unrecognized transactions remain associated with the original card. If they settle, you can file a dispute.
