If you’re trying to register on a mobile device, follow the steps below:
Uninstall the Payhawk app temporarily before you start the registration process.
This prevents the invitation link from automatically redirecting you to the app, where registration cannot be finalized.
Locate the invitation email you received from Payhawk, click on the provided registration link, and ensure it opens in a web browser, not in the app.
If necessary, manually copy the link and paste it into your browser’s address bar.
Follow the signup steps as prompted, including phone verification or any additional requirements.
Once registration is finished on the web, reinstall the Payhawk app.
Log in to the app using your newly created credentials, and continue using Payhawk as usual.
