Switching between entities in Payhawk

If you're part of two or more entities within a group Payhawk account, it's important to ensure you're viewing the correct entity. This allows you to access the right cards, create expenses, attach documents to the correct records, and more.

Switching to another Payhawk entity account in the App

To view which entity you're currently using and switch to another Payhawk entity account in the Payhawk Mobile App:

  1. Tap your profile picture. On the next screen, you'll see the name of the entity you're currently logged into.

  2. To switch to another Payhawk entity account, tap Switch.

  3. Slide to select the desired entity.

  4. Tap Switch to confirm.

Switching to another Payhawk entity account in the Portal

When you open the Payhawk Web Portal, you will see your active account displayed in the upper right-hand corner, to the left of your profile picture.

To switch to a different Payhawk entity account, click on the drop-down menu and select the desired account from the list.
