Payhawk invitation links are essential for completing your account registration. Each link has a set validity period, and there are clear steps for addressing common issues with invitation links.
Invitation link validity and expiration
Payhawk invitation links are valid for 5 days from the time they are sent. If you do not use the link within this timeframe, it will expire, and a new invitation must be requested.
Steps for Employees
If your invitation link has expired or wasn’t received:
Inform your Payhawk Administrator and request a new invitation email to your work address.
Once you receive the new invitation, follow the instructions in the email promptly to complete your registration within 5 days.
Steps for Administrators
If a user cannot register, even after receiving a new invitation:
In the Payhawk Web Portal, go to Employees > Invited tab.
Select the employee in question by clicking on it.
Click on the Resend invite button to resend the email invite.
Notes on link expiration
If users still experience issues after completing the above steps, ensure they follow the registration process outlined in the invitation email, avoiding alternative methods such as in-app registration.
After completing registration and activation, users will be ready for subsequent activities, such as card issuance, as applicable.
