Updating VAT rates from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, VAT rates are categorized into a VAT Tax Group and an Item VAT Tax Group. Payhawk retrieves both and combines them into a single entry.

To update your VAT rates in Payhawk:

1. In the Payhawk Web Portal, go to Settings > Fields library.

2. Click on Tax rate.

3. Click on Update from MS Dynamics Finance & Operations. As a result, Payhawk will show the VAT rates that apply to the specific expense.
