In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, VAT rates are categorized into a VAT Tax Group and an Item VAT Tax Group. Payhawk retrieves both and combines them into a single entry.
To update your VAT rates in Payhawk:
Go to Settings > Expense fields.
Under Built-in fields, select Tax rate.
Click on Update from MS Dynamics Finance & Operations. As a result, Payhawk will show the VAT rates that apply to the specific expense.
