Sorting and customizing the cards view

The Payhawk Web Portal displays your company cards in the Cards app using a data grid you can tailor to your needs. You can sort the cards by any column, add or remove columns, resize and reorder them, and save your preferred layout as a view to reuse the next time you open the app.

Sorting the cards

To sort the cards by a column:

  1. Click on the column header you want to sort by, for example, Expiry.

  2. Select Sort ascending or Sort descending.

To remove the sorting, click on the column header and select Clear sort.

Adding columns

To add a column:

  1. Click on an existing column header, for example, Status.

  2. Select Add column.

  3. Choose the column you want to add. To find a column quickly, type its name in the search box.

To remove a column:

  1. Click on the column header you want to remove, for example, Spend policy.

  2. Select Remove column.

Reordering columns

To reorder the columns:

  1. Click and hold the column header you want to move, for example, Limit.

  2. Drag it left or right to the position you want.

Resizing columns

To resize a column:

  1. Hover over the edge of the column header you want to resize.

  2. Hold and move the separator until the column is the width you want.

Saving the cards view

After you sort the cards and set up the columns, you can save the layout as a view and return to it later.

To save a view:

  1. Click on Save view.

  2. Enter a name for the view.

  3. From the Default tab drop-down, choose the tab the view opens on, or keep the current tab.

  4. Review the columns included in the view.

  5. Click on Save.
