As of January 1, 2026, Bulgaria adopted the euro (EUR) as its official currency.
Consequently, payments in BGN (Bulgarian Lev) via the BISERA payment scheme are no longer possible. This change affects all users who previously used BGN as their payment currency.
All reimbursements and payments formerly made in BGN are now processed in EUR. When completing transactions, ensure that EUR is selected at the payment step.
