I cannot add my Payhawk card to Apple Pay

When I tap the Add to Apple Pay button on my iOS phone, nothing happens, and my Payhawk card cannot be added to Apple Pay.

Usually, this issue indicates that a functionality enabling Apple Pay for the device to which you are trying to add your Payhawk card is not set.

To solve this issue, check the following:

  • Apple Pay requires an iPhone 6 or later (or Apple Watch Series 1 or later) running the latest version of iOS. Make sure your device software is up to date.

  • Apple Pay is not available in all countries. Check Apple's list of supported regions to confirm availability in your location.

  • Apple Pay allows a maximum number of cards per device. If you have reached the limit, remove a card you no longer use and try again.

Note that reassigned cards cannot be added to Apple Pay.
