The amortization end date on one or more expense line items is missing, incorrect, or does not meet validation requirements.

Solution

To resolve this issue:

1. Navigate to the expense showing the error.

2. Check each line item with amortization applied.

3. Verify that the amortization end date is:

   • Present

   • After the amortization start date

   • Correct according to your company's policies

4. Update any invalid or missing dates.

5. Save and resubmit the expense.
