Cause

This error is returned by Oracle NetSuite when the tax amount on an expense is greater than the total expense amount, which is not allowed.

Solution

To resolve this issue:

1. In Payhawk, open the expense showing the error.

2. Review the tax amount and total amount on the expense line items.

3. Correct the tax amount so that it is less than or equal to the total expense amount.

4. Save the expense and retry the export.

If the tax amount appears correct but the error persists, verify that:

• The total amount includes all necessary charges.

• No duplicate tax entries exist.

• Line item amounts are calculated correctly.
