Cause

This error occurs when the selected category has not been mapped to an item in Oracle NetSuite.

Solution

To resolve this issue:

  1. Check the category mapping settings in your Oracle NetSuite integration.

  2. Either map the selected category to a valid item, or select a category that is already mapped.
