Great experiences are worth sharing, and referring businesses to Payhawk is simple and rewarding. When a company you refer becomes a Payhawk customer, you receive a cash reward, and the company you referred gets one month of the service for free.
Each employee registered in your Payhawk account can refer a business regardless of their role at the company. The Referral Program is available both in the Payhawk Web Portal and Mobile App.
Referral Program details
Referrals must come from businesses operating in regions where Payhawk is available.
The reward for each successful referral is €1,000, paid directly to your personal bank account.
The company you refer receives one month of the Payhawk subscription for free.
An email notification will confirm when a referral successfully completes key steps in the process. You can also track the progress of your referrals in your referral dashboard.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
Payhawk's Referral Program is free to join.
Participating
To take part in the Referral Program:
Copy your personal referral link.
Share the link with a company that can benefit from Payhawk.
Earn your €1,000 reward directly paid to your personal bank account when the referred company becomes a Payhawk customer.
Referred businesses also benefit by getting one month of the service for free as part of their contract.
Accessing the Referral Program
You can access the Referral Program from the Payhawk Web Portal in the following way:
Make sure you are on the Dashboard page.
Go to the Earn €1000 banner and click on Refer and earn.
Alternatively, hover over your profile icon and select the Earn €1,000 per referral option.
Copy your referral link and share it with the company you want to refer.
You can access the Referral Program from the Payhawk Mobile App in the following way:
Tap your profile picture and select Earn €1,000.
Copy your referral link and share it with the company you want to refer.
Terms and conditions
The Referral Program is open to all active Payhawk customers.
Only one reward is granted per referred business. If multiple users refer the same company, the reward goes to the user whose referral link the business used to register.
A referral qualifies for a reward after the referred company signs a contract with Payhawk.
Companies that are already in active conversations with the Payhawk Sales team don't qualify as referrals.
Referred companies with fewer than 20 employees that sign up for the Growth plan don't qualify for a reward.
