Cause

This error is returned by Oracle NetSuite when an intercompany adjustment has already been created for the record you're trying to update or export. The ERP prevents modifications to records with existing intercompany adjustments to maintain data integrity.

Solution

To resolve this issue:

  1. Log in to Oracle NetSuite.

  2. Navigate to the expense or transaction record referenced in the error.

  3. Check the Related Records section for associated intercompany adjustments.

  4. Delete the intercompany adjustments if they are no longer needed or were created in error.

  5. Return to Payhawk and retry the export.

If you're unsure whether the intercompany adjustment should be deleted, consult your ERP Administrator or Finance team before making changes.
