The phone number with which you have registered in Payhawk with an email invite or over Active Directory is part of the credentials the system uses to create your unique user.
If the phone number associated with your personal Payhawk account needs updating, you can do it yourself from the Payhawk Mobile App.
Updating your phone number from the Payhawk Web Portal is a feature that is being currently developed and expected soon.
Prerequisites
To update your phone number, you will need your four-digit Payhawk security code, created by you as a cardholder to protect the usage of your Payhawk card. For more information, see:
Updating your phone number in the App
To update your phone number in the Payhawk Mobile App:
Tap your profile picture and select Edit profile.
Tap your phone number.
Enter your Payhawk security code.
Edit your phone number and tap Done. As a result, an SMS will be sent to your newly updated phone number containing a verification code. This verification code is needed to confirm that the new phone number is valid.
Enter the verification code to confirm the change of the phone number.
If you haven’t received an SMS with the verification code within a few minutes, tap Resend code so that the system can send it to the updated phone number again.
