Payhawk, the global spend management platform, has appointed Felix Brückner as Country Director for the DACH region. A seasoned leader with a strong international background, Brückner brings a track record of driving growth, strategic market expansion, and building high-performing teams.

With a CEMS Master's in International Management, Brückner’s career spans strategy consulting and key leadership roles at Salesforce, where he most recently served as Head of Venture Capital for the DACH region. Before that, he led the relocation of a venture capital organization from Dublin to Berlin and implemented a new go-to-market strategy. His ability to forge strategic networks and foster localized corporate cultures has been instrumental in delivering rapid growth.

In his new role, Brückner will spearhead Payhawk’s strategic development in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. His focus: Unlocking new market opportunities, strengthening sales operations, and expanding partnerships with ERP providers and other software solutions. He also aims to build a powerhouse team across the region, positioning Payhawk as both a fintech leader and a top employer.
