Payhawk payments just got easier

The integration with Google Pay allows employees to make transactions using the devices they carry with them everyday. Employees can add the card to their Google Wallet and easily make payments at POS terminals and do online checkouts, without the need to input card details.

Payhawk goes green

With the addition of a digital wallet to our arsenal of payment options, we’re entering the era of not only cash-less, but also cardless payments! Payhawk users can create a virtual card for their employees in seconds and connect it to Google Pay in a few clicks. Good for the environment and for your peace of mind.

Encrypted and secured by Google

We are building a world-class infrastructure to protect your company’s money. On top of Payhawk’s security, using Google Pay adds an extra layer of protection. When making an in-store purchase, Google creates a temporary code to handle the transaction instead of sharing your payment details directly with the merchant.

Where can I pay?

You can pay with Google Pay wherever you see either the contactless or Google Pay symbols. Look for them on the payment terminal screen or on the cash register at checkout.

How to check if my Payhawk card is successfully added to my Google Wallet?

There are two ways you can verify this. One way is to check your card from the cards’ screen on the Payhawk app. If it is added, it should say ”Added to Google Pay’. Alternatively, you can open the Google Pay app. At the top left, tap your Profile Picture. Go to Payment methods and check if your Payhawk card is present. Here’s a guide we made for you.

How to pay contactless with your Android phone?

Google Pay works anywhere contactless payments are accepted. Just wake up your Android phone and hold it near the reader until you see a checkmark. You don’t even need to open the app.
