We’re changing the world of payments, and we’re looking for an exceptional team to help us.</span></p></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Sales Enablement Lead will be working closely with the sales, growth and product teams to ensure strategic alignment across all three functions. The successful candidate will be a highly organized professional who will design and provide content, training and coaching services to the Sales team to drive growth and success. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration. The role will work alongside with the VP Global Sales initially and focus on building the initial training, onboarding, sales course with even some preliminary exams/certifications.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Understand the platform and technology we provide and be able to fully articulate this to all members of the team – both technical and non-technical</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage and oversee an effective onboarding and training program for the sales team&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders - any changes within the organization, product offerings, or sales content need to be clearly communicated to all sales reps</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Measure performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team and make recommendations for improved sales efficiency and effectiveness</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the </span>capabilities sellers need</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Set strategy and timelines for Enablement department based on company needs and direction</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build initial frameworks for programs (ie: new hire onboarding, certification, on-going training, content management strategy, etc)&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Meet regularly with stakeholders to stay up-to-date on key initiatives and develop an Enablement plan to meet goals and timelines.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Regularly meet with front-line managers and reps to understand the “field reality” and build enablement deliverables to meet their needs.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Plan and execute the Revenue Kickoff event(s)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Establish metrics and objectives for revenue enablement and make recommendations for increasing rep productivity.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Consistently monitor the health of the revenue department and set initiatives and KPI’s into place to up-level teams.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analyze current skills, processes, knowledge, and processes to and work with the sales leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Evaluate technology vendors to be used by revenue-generating teams to increase efficiency &amp; effectiveness.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have significant&nbsp; years of Sales or - (Sales Enablement/Sales Support)&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have used Salesforce as a tool in the past</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have an experience in a SaaS or B2B product (preferably in a high-growth startup environment)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have excellent communication and project management skills and an extensive knowledge of sales training best practices&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You are customer-focused and see data as a crucial part of decision-making.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Company Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">30 days holiday paid leave</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Competitive compensation package<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Two weeks exchange policy to another Payhawk office (London, Berlin, Barcelona, Sofia)</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Flexible working hours and opportunity to work from home</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Regular team-wide events</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Company office massages</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">WeWork membership benefits </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Opportunity to use the Payhawk product</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Please note that unfortunately we cannot provide visa sponsorship, and to be considered for this role, candidates must be able to provide proof of their eligibility to work in the UK.</em></p> <p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Payhawk is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
