These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Payhawk Webinar Reward Campaign (the “Campaign”) organized by Payhawk Limited. By registering for and attending the Campaign webinar, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

1.1. Campaign means the Spring ’26 Edition Webinar Promotion Campaign governed by these Terms.
1.2. Customer means a legal entity, or an individual working within or for such a legal entity, that is an active user of Payhawk’s Product(s).
1.3. Prospect means a legal entity, or an individual working within or for such a legal entity, that is not currently a Customer but may be interested in purchasing Payhawk’s Product(s).
1.4. Participant or You means any eligible individual who registers for and attends the Campaign webinar on behalf of a Prospect or a Customer.
1.5. Payhawk means Payhawk Limited, having its registered office at Chancery House, 53-64 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1QS, company No. 11747263, including all subsidiaries and affiliates.
1.6. Product means Payhawk’s software products and services, including but not limited to expense management, invoice processing, card issuing, and the AI Office of the CFO.
1.7. Prize or Reward means a 300 Euro Uber Voucher.
1.8. Territory means the EU, EEA, the UK, and other countries where Payhawk operates and is legally allowed to run this Campaign.
1.9 Webinar means the online meeting hosted by Payhawk on the 2nd of October 2025;

2. Participation and Eligibility

2.1. To be eligible for the Reward, You must:

• Attend the live Webinar;
• Provide a valid corporate email address upon registration.

2.2. The Campaign is open to:

• Existing Payhawk Customers;
• Prospective Customers who are not yet using Payhawk;
• Members of the general public representing a legal entity (e.g., finance professionals, decision-makers, etc.).

2.3. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win.

3. Reward and Prize

3.1. A random Reward will be conducted after the conclusion of the Webinar. A total of five (5) winners will be selected from the pool of eligible Participants.
3.2. Each winner will receive a 300 Euro Uber Voucher.
3.3. Voucher Disclaimer: The Uber Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions and operational policies of Uber. Payhawk is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or use of the Uber services, nor is it liable for any issues arising from the use or expiration of the voucher. The ability to use the voucher is dependent on the winner's location and Uber’s service availability in that area.
3.4. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has a cash equivalent of 300 Euros.
3.5. Payhawk reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a 300 Euro Uber Voucher of equal or greater value if necessary.
3.6. Winners will be notified via email within 7 business days of the webinar. Failure to respond within 10 business days may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

4. Personal Data and Privacy

4.1. By participating in the Campaign, You agree that Payhawk may collect and process your personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign, contacting winners, and delivering relevant marketing communications (subject to your consent, where required).
4.2. The following personal data may be collected and processed:

• First and last name;
• Corporate email address;
• Company name;
• Webinar attendance data.
  4.3. All data will be processed in accordance with Payhawk’s Privacy Policy.

5. Campaign Period

5.1. The Campaign will start with the Webinar and will continue until all Awards are granted or expired, as per the Terms.
5.2. Payhawk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
6.2. These Terms are available in English only.
6.3. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and other Payhawk terms, these Terms shall prevail solely for the purposes of the Campaign.
6.4. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between You and Payhawk.
