Orcun Dursun brings a practical, partnership-led perspective to fintech, driven by his focus on building meaningful relationships that create real business impact. With experience across finance, SaaS, partnerships, and technology, his career spans strategy and business development at Celonis, investment and partnership roles at Sky, and partner ecosystem development at Payhawk. Today, Orcun works in partnerships at Payhawk, building and expanding the partner ecosystem across DACH.

In his current role, Orcun identifies strategic partners, develops joint go-to-market motions, and enables ERP, finance, and advisory partners to bring Payhawk into relevant customer conversations. By creating trusted distribution channels beyond direct sales, he helps Payhawk increase market reach, strengthen credibility with CFOs, and position its platform as part of broader finance transformation initiatives.

Motivated by the intersection of SaaS, finance, and ecosystem growth, Orcun combines strategy, sales, finance knowledge, and partner thinking to build scalable commercial opportunities. He regularly speaks in professional settings, including workshops, seminars, partner enablement sessions, and business events, covering topics such as finance transformation, SaaS partnerships, AI in business, agile ways of working, innovation, and go-to-market strategy.

Orcun holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics, a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Pforzheim University, and has completed the Stanford Innovation & Entrepreneurship program. He stays close to market trends through industry reports, partner conversations, customer feedback, events, and direct exchanges with ERP consultants, CFOs, finance teams, and technology partners.
