Payhawk, the AI-native spend management platform, has been named the 8th most exciting AI company of 2026 in TechRound's AITech45, the publication's annual ranking of the 45 companies driving the most meaningful innovation in artificial intelligence globally. The list was announced on 1 June 2026 and reaches an audience of more than 200,000 decision-makers, investors and journalists each month.

The judging panel recognized Payhawk’s AI Office of the CFO, a suite of purpose-built AI agents for finance, as a clear example of how agentic AI can scale in regulated, audit-sensitive environments. In its write-up, TechRound called it “a practical template for how agentic AI scales in finance, procurement and other compliance-bound functions, where trust matters as much as speed.”
